When it comes to food he loves elaborate and theatrical dishes but they’re never over the top. And this is exactly the way deals with his food photography. He uses colours in a precise and reduced form, lending his images a concise and unique style. No wonder he was recently chosen to document Germany’s haute cuisine stars by the counry’s top-selling newspaper. The resulting beautifully illustrated book presents 700 detailed recipes along with atmospheric photos documenting the best chefs in the country.
